Andy leads our compliance function and is responsible for the cohesive management of compliance risk across the group, which includes strategic leadership and enhancing compliance practices in line with the changing regulatory landscape.
Andy’s background is in financial services, having worked in various industry and regulatory sectors across his near 20 years' experience, holding multi-jurisdictional risk, compliance, and internal audit roles. Andy holds qualifications from the International Compliance Association, Chartered Governance Institute and a Masters in Corporate Governance and has previously sat on industry associations committees.
