Chris has more than 30 years’ experience in fund and corporate administration. He joined Carey in 2015, which was acquired by Suntera Global in 2023.
Chris leads the client delivery in the Guernsey corporate and funds services team and oversees a varied portfolio of corporate structures which includes regulated investment fund structures, listed companies, real estate, trading companies, and a wide variety of asset holding structures.
He has also gained considerable experience in working with companies and funds listed on exchanges including the London Stock Exchange (main market and AIM), Irish stock exchange, the International Stock Exchange and Luxembourg.
Chris holds the Institute of Directors (IoD) diploma in company direction.
