Clare is part of our Corporate Governance department and has been with the Group since 2006. Clare studied for a joint degree in European Business in the UK and the Netherlands. Following graduation, she studied for a further year at the University of Idaho where she focused on languages (French and Spanish) and Viticulture & Oenology.
Clare began her professional career in banking before moving to our Company Secretarial department 15 years ago. During this time, she has been exposed to a number of name changes, two management buyouts and various restructuring exercises which shaped her knowledge of this area. Clare also studied for her Chartered Secretarial qualification with CGI while with the company and now holds BA (Hons), HEAO and ACG qualifications.
In her role, Clare provides corporate governance support to the Suntera Boards in a number of jurisdictions and promotes corporate governance excellence within the Group to its staff, clients and their companies. She has a particular focus on significant corporate structuring events within the Group, in addition to providing corporate governance and company secretarial guidance and assistance to colleagues within the department and throughout the Group.
