Clare began her professional career in banking before moving to our Corporate Governance Department in 2006. During this time, she has worked on a number of Group level changes including two management buyouts, name changes, mergers, acquisitions and various restructuring exercises. Clare also studied for her Chartered Secretarial qualification with CGI while with the company and now holds BA (Hons), HEAO and ACG qualifications.
In her role, Clare provides corporate governance support to the Suntera Boards and C-Suite in a number of jurisdictions and promotes corporate governance excellence within the Group to its staff, clients and their companies. She has a particular focus on significant corporate structuring events within the Group, in addition to providing corporate governance and company secretarial guidance and assistance to colleagues within the department and throughout the Group.
