Emma has over 10 years’ experience working in company secretarial, corporate and fund services. Emma joined Carey during 2013, which was subsequently acquired by Suntera Global during 2023. Initially focussing on a wide range of corporate clients, Emma later transferred to the Funds department to work on their largest fund client.
As somebody who enjoys the diversity of the Corporate and Funds Team, Emma’s work often provides her with the opportunity to work alongside clients to ensure all aspects of a transaction are considered and effectively concluded, with Emma particularly thriving in the knowledge that no day is the same.
Alongside her day-to-day role, Emma is a key member of the FATCA and CRS team and enjoys developing her knowledge in these areas.
Emma holds her International Diploma in Financial Administration.
