Hayley has more than 18 years’ experience in human resources. She joined Carey in 2015, which was acquired by Suntera Global in 2023.
Hayley is highly experienced in human resources at both an operational and strategic level. Truly passionate about her role, she enjoys making a difference both in developing the business and people. Hayley is responsible for driving a People Led Culture throughout the business and leading and developing the HR function to support the delivery of wider strategic business objectives.
Hayley is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
