James is responsible for leading Suntera’s M&A activity, from identifying potential acquisition targets through to deal structuring and execution. He works on mapping out and delivering an acquisition strategy to support overall group growth.
Before joining Suntera, James worked at Planet, an Advent International backed payments and software business, in their corporate development function, where he worked across M&A and post-merger integration. Prior to this James spent seven years working in investment banking in London.
James holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bath.
