Jane has more than 20 years’ experience in company secretarial and corporate services. She joined Carey in 2008, which was acquired by Suntera Global in 2023.
Jane leads the corporate services team at Suntera (Guernsey) Limited with experience of various property development projects, property holding unit trusts and single asset holding vehicles.
Jane enjoys working with clients to meet their requirements and expectations under the pressured timetables that are inherent in various corporate activities. Preparing for and running complex and technical meetings and working closely with clients on the matters that arise from them, are challenges she welcomes.
Jane holds a Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) diploma and an advanced certificate in corporate governance.
