Kyle currently holds the position of Head of Fintech and Virtual Assets at Suntera Digital overseeing all virtual asset touchpoints for Suntera Global internationally whilst providing consultancy and related services in the Isle of Man as well as Jersey and Guernsey.
Kyle joined Suntera Digital in August 2022 having come from an operational role within the blockchain industry. Kyle has been involved in several blockchain and fintech projects since 2016 and is able to assist and advise clients from conceptualisation and formulation of whitepapers through to operational aspects and regulatory requirements.
As part of his role, Kyle maintains a high level of industry-related knowledge and awareness to effectively respond to changes in the regulatory landscape and deliver new potential service offerings as they evolve.
Kyle maintains a high degree of knowledge and understanding of the industry, its regulatory frameworks, and with his expertise is well placed to assist businesses, across the spectrum of conventional to highly innovative , with their operational, structuring and regulatory requirements. Kyle also often assists in applications to regulators and undertakes the role of regulatory liaison with his strong understanding of the operational requirements of these businesses and focus on AML/CFT compliance.
Kyle is a member of the ICA, an affiliate member of STEP, and an elected committee member of the STEP Digital Asset Global SIG where he provides operational and regulatory insight.
