Management training

Our association with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) offers an annual management development programme tailored for new managers and those aspiring to achieve leadership roles. Each cohort focuses on acquiring practical skills essential for effective team management, delivered through a blend of e-learning and in-person sessions.

Compliance training

Various regulatory training topics are readily available in each jurisdiction that we operate. The aim is to ensure that our employees are fully equipped with the knowledge necessary to perform their duties and to provide our clients with informative and accurate advice when called upon.

Department specific training

This includes local processes and procedures and education on the various software and technology we operate as a business.

Wellness learning

An evolving range of e-learning topics to support employees and their wellbeing. All e-learning is created in-house by a team of digital learning designers and hosted on our custom built and owned learning management system, The Academy. We continue to expand our range of e-learning topics, focusing on soft skills, wellness and technical skills, while also ensuring local and in-person training is also available. We encourage all our employees, regardless of their position, to engage in the process of sharing knowledge and creating learning content to be hosted on our Academy.

Suntera Global is recognised by the ACCA as a platinum approved employer for both Trainee Development and Practising Certificate Development.

Trainee Development (Platinum) means we are recognised by the ACCA for the learning opportunities we offer to employees working towards ACCA or CAT.

Trainees are provided with financial support to achieve their membership, and we pay the one-off admission fee when a trainee applies for ACCA membership and/or the membership subscription fee.

Suntera Global believes its people are its biggest asset. We believe the responsibility for wellbeing belongs to both employers and employees and in accordance with our culture and values, we are committed to providing a working environment and management practices which promote and support good employee health and wellbeing.

We aim to foster an environment in which colleagues can openly and comfortably engage in personal discussions about issues that may impact their wellbeing. We do this with an open-door management culture which includes holding regular one-to-ones and performance reviews; encouraging employees to share ideas for promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace; an annual wellbeing calendar of events that targets subjects affecting our people.

We have accredited Mental Health First Aiders and champions on hand to support and signpost our dedicated support Apps and external, confidential resources that are available to our employees from the day they join our business.

Some examples of Wellbeing initiatives include: Nutrition awareness and the link between nutrition and brain health, Stress Awareness and Burnout Education, Menopause and Andropause training, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training and aligning Mental Health campaigns with National and Global Awareness days.
