Various regulatory training topics are readily available in each jurisdiction that we operate. The aim is to ensure that our employees are fully equipped with the knowledge necessary to perform their duties and to provide our clients with informative and accurate advice when called upon.
This includes local processes and procedures and education on the various software and technology we operate as a business.
An evolving range of e-learning topics to support employees and their wellbeing. All e-learning is created in-house by a team of digital learning designers and hosted on our custom built and owned learning management system, The Academy. We continue to expand our range of e-learning topics, focusing on soft skills, wellness and technical skills, while also ensuring local and in-person training is also available. We encourage all our employees, regardless of their position, to engage in the process of sharing knowledge and creating learning content to be hosted on our Academy.

Dive into their stories and see how you could become part of our journey.
I joined Suntera straight out of college, where I was completing my Level 3 business course. On this course, I was offered the opportunity to do work experience, and I chose Suntera. Immediately after starting my work experience, I knew that Suntera would be the place I wanted to work in the future as the culture was really friendly. Suntera’s offered me great learning and development. They've offered the Suntera Academy, where I'm provided with many training courses for all aspects of the business, and I've had great on the job skills developed by my team.
I’ve been working at Suntera for nine years, having joined through an acquisition from a previous Trust Company. I work in the Private Clients department as an Assistant Manager. Additionally, I feel empowered to work in a way that is suited to me, and my contribution to the team matters, and my opinions are heard.
At Suntera, there is a lot of enthusiasm for studying and for people to become professionally qualified. There is equally a culture of encouragement for people to progress within the business if this is something they are aspiring to, and I feel supported in my progression in my job.
I have worked with Suntera since January 2024, and I have over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Immediately, I was welcomed as part of the team and felt comfortable. I feel that Suntera also maintains a family atmosphere, and everyone is very approachable and fully supportive. It offers stability in terms of growth, which is also shared with employees and fosters a collaborative environment. I have worked in a number of financial institutions, and each firm has been different. However, at Suntera, I was made to feel appreciated, and they listened to my ideas and thoughts to drive the business forward. I am really happy that I made the move to Suntera.
