Mark has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He joined Carey in 2017, which was acquired by Suntera Global in 2023.
Mark leads Suntera Global’s Guernsey corporate and fund services offering.
Mark specialises in the administration of regulated management entities and funds investing in alternative assets classes such as real estate, private equity, debt and infrastructure together with a wide variety of unregulated structures for corporate clients. He has a proven track record in developing and maintaining high quality, professional administration, company secretarial and corporate governance services for these clients.
Mark is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
