Michele joined the Group in 2021 and she is our Global Head of HR Operations based in Jersey. She began her HR career in 2009 and since then she has predominantly worked in offshore global private equity owned corporate businesses. She holds a postgraduate CIPD Advanced Diploma Level 7, as well as the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 5 qualification, CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Personnel Practice and a BSc (Hons) in Sociology.
In her current role, Michele covers the broad spectrum of operational HR activities, partnering with senior management across all Suntera locations to ensure that the HR provision delivers creative and commercial HR solutions to meet the business's goals
