Natalie is our Global Head of Talent and joined the Group in 2022. Natalie started her professional career with HSBC before joining Ogier working across legal, fiduciary and group services recruitment for their 11 jurisdictions. When Ogier sold their fiduciary business which became Elian, Natalie stayed with Elian and was promoted to Head of Resourcing. From there, she moved to Hong Kong and became the Talent Acquisition Manager, then Head of North Asia for Willis Towers Watson. Natalie returned to Jersey and has held roles for a consultancy firm focused on recruiting IT and change professionals, before setting up a Financial Services focused recruitment agency.
In her current role, Natalie supports the management and development of our recruitment and talent strategy across our global offices.
