We are proud to share that Jake Kelly, Trust Officer at Suntera Global, was recently presented with an award by STEP Isle of Man for achieving the highest marks in his Certificate in International Trust Management. Jake received his crystal award at the STEP Isle of Man AGM in December where he was also presented with prize money of £250 which he donated to his charity of choice, Beach Buddies.
Jake said: “I am very happy to have won the award for the Certificate in International Trust Management. It has allowed me to progress within Suntera and massively expanded my knowledge within the industry. I am grateful for the support from Suntera and look forward to taking on the final two diploma exams soon.
I selected Beach Buddies as my chosen charity as they have a very important mission to reduce the plastic waste and the impact that it has on our seas, beaches and wildlife. This is a key issue in our society today – not just locally but worldwide so the work that Beach Buddies does is vital and I’m proud to help them continue this great work.”
Anne Baggesen, Managing Director of Private Wealth at Suntera Global, commented: “We are delighted for Jake, who clearly put the effort in and worked incredibly hard to achieve this award, drawing on his day-to-day work and apply real experience to his studies. We’re very proud to have him on the Isle of Man team. He’s a fabulous role model to those wishing to study for the STEP Certificate and progress their careers in our industry, and we’re very pleased to support his ongoing studies.”
