The award win highlights Suntera Global’s fund servicing credentials following a period of expansion and growth
Suntera Global has won the ‘Fund Services One to Watch’ Award at the Global Custodian Industry Leaders Awards 2022, underlining the rapid growth and international expansion of the firm’s fund servicing business over the past twelve months.
The Awards celebrate outstanding performers across the fund servicing spectrum as well as a number of Editors’ Choice awards, which includes the ‘Fund Services One to Watch’ accolade.
The winners in each category were announced yesterday (17 November) at an awards ceremony in Chelsea Piers, New York. Suntera Global’s award was collected by Beth Mueller, Partner and Co-Founder and Matt Reynolds, Head of Business Development, Americas, of Socium Fund Services, a Suntera Global Company.
Suntera Global’s success in the awards follows a number of significant acquisitions in recent years, including the acquisition of two Luxembourg firms, a US-based fund administration business, and a specialist fiduciary services provider in the Channel Islands as well as a number of senior appointments that have augmented their bespoke fund service capability and raised the group’s profile internationally.
Commenting on the award, David Hudson, Group CEO, Suntera Global, said:
“It is wonderful to have been selected as the ‘One to Watch’ within the global fund servicing arena by the editorial team at Global Custodian, and for our success and growth to have been recognised through this accolade.
“Suntera is built on a strong foundation of business governance, ethics and responsible practices and our motto is ‘empowering responsible ambition’. We have recently strengthened our offering through several acquisitions, whilst also working to enhance our proposition across the jurisdictions in which we operate, and to encourage the professional development of our people. Being selected as the winner of this award is a real celebration of these achievements and a testament to the ethos of the firm.”
