Suntera Global's team in the Isle of Man has relocated to new fully refurbished offices in Douglas, underlining the firm's commitment to growing its proposition in the jurisdiction
The new office, located in a prime position in the Peveril Buildings on Douglas bay, has been fully refurbished to meet enhanced sustainability criteria, including access to solar-powered energy and dedicated recycling facilities.
A focus on staff wellbeing and flexible working patterns have also been integrated into the new office space, with high-tech facilities, floor-to-ceiling windows to increase natural light, and a number of open plan break-out spaces included in the design layout. Secure bike storage and staff changing facilities have also been included to encourage staff to exercise and walk or cycle to work.
The move from Suntera Global’s previous offices, where its Isle of Man team had been located since 1996, will provide its more than 200 staff in the jurisdiction with greater flexibility, more space and enhanced opportunities for collaboration across its teams.
The relocation also forms part of the firm’s strategic future growth plans in the Isle of Man and underlines its commitment to investing in its staff both locally and across its global network. Over the course of 2020 and 2021, Suntera Global’s teams in Jersey, Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas and Malta also all moved into new purpose-built or redesigned offices.
