Nick joined Suntera Global in March 2023 and oversees Legal for the Americas, including Cayman, and Compliance and Client Onboarding for the U.S. In addition, he provides AMLCO and MLRO services for Suntera’s Cayman fund clients.
In his role, he has several responsibilities including the implementation of global initiatives, the mitigation of legal and compliance risks, and the negotiation of commercial deals.
Nick has more than 15 years’ experience as a legal professional and holds a US law license (California) and FINRA Series 65 license.
