As a Senior Administrator, you will support our Suntera Digital division to service a busy international client portfolio. You will work closely with the team to provide high-quality support through maintaining corporate governance, providing administration and basic bookkeeping. You will be exposed to all areas of international company management and client services, as part of Suntera Digital, as well as learning from experts in other areas of the business to provide integrated solutions across the Group.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to lead our Bahamas office. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, fostering team development, driving business growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with the global leadership team to support Suntera Global’s expansion by cultivating strong relationships with a wide range of intermediaries, attending key industry events, and formulating a strategic approach to drive sustainable revenue growth. This is a key role, reporting directly to the Head of Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance for the Isle of Man. As Head of Compliance for Fund Services, you will hold responsibility for the regulatory and financial crime compliance function of Fund Services, as well as agreed responsibilities for Fund clients. You will lead compliance activities for Fund Services, supported by the Isle of Man Compliance team, ensuring the professional delivery of robust policies to address regulatory, compliance, and financial crime risks. A central focus of this role is fostering and maintaining a strong compliance culture across the organisation.

The Senior Trust Officer will report to the Assistant Manager, Trust Services, and manage a complex portfolio of trusts, companies, and wealth structures, ensuring top-tier service to clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders. With support from the Trust and Assistant Trust Officers, the role will involve providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight of the junior team. The officer will work on bespoke fiduciary services, delivering excellent client service and demonstrating strong technical expertise in complex transactions, while staying informed on current issues affecting fiduciary structures and clients.
