Paul joined Suntera in 2021 as a Senior Trust Manager and has responsibility for a team who provide administration and corporate governance services to high-net-worth family structures located in the East African market, mainly Kenya, but also South Africa and the UK.
Prior to Suntera Paul worked at a large service provider for 14 years on client portfolios focussed on the Russian / CIS markets.
Paul has extensive knowledge and expertise in trusts, companies, private trust companies, foundations and limited partnership structures. He has a depth breadth of experience supporting clients with multi-generational wealth, succession planning, family businesses, private shareholdings in both third party limited companies and third-party private equity / fund investments, commercial and residential real estate, investment yacht ownership and image rights.
Paul is an Associate of the Corporate Governance Institute, (formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators), and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
