Job Description

About The Role.

As a Senior Administrator, you will support our Suntera Digital division to service a busy international client portfolio. You will work closely with the team to provide high-quality support through maintaining corporate governance, providing administration and basic bookkeeping. You will be exposed to all areas of international company management and client services, as part of Suntera Digital, as well as learning from experts in other areas of the business to provide integrated solutions across the Group.

Your duties will include:

  • Independently manage strong client relationships, as main day to day point of contact, meeting client’s needs with insightful and bespoke solutions
  • Liaise with stakeholders to manage client and company administration tasks and work with various divisions across the Group to support the clients’ requirements
  • Be exposed to a range of rapidly expanding sectors including digital technologies and software distribution
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with banks, payment service companies, law firms and other professional providers for efficient administration of the client portfolio
  • Be appointed Sub-Manager to a portfolio of companies and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this portfolio, being the main point of contact for the client relationships and with internal stakeholders, with support from the team’s Manager
  • The timely collection of debt for your assigned sub-portfolio and assist with wider team debt collection, as required
  • The timely distribution of Suntera invoices and other Suntera communications to clients
  • The timely completion of file reviews, updates required to NAV and other Suntera information systems, and all internal administration for your assigned sub-portfolio, and assist with the wider portfolio, as required
  • Governance of your sub-portfolio, scheduling regular directors’ meetings and the timely completion of directors’ board minutes
  • Review of contracts and engagements for your sub-portfolio and present to the board members of the Client files for approval and/or with a summary and comments for further consideration
  • Collation and review of due diligence in line with Group and/or divisional policies for 3rd party contracts and engagements for your sub-portfolio
  • Be aware of accounting, tax/VAT and economic substance reporting requirements for your sub-portfolio and raise any matters requiring assistance with the team’s Manager
  • On-board and establish new client files with support from the management team
  • Any terminations, liquidations or transfers outs within your sub-portfolio, asking for assistance where required from the team’s Manager or the divisional management team

About you.

You will have excellent administrative and organisational skills with a strong understanding of company and client administration including statutory, company secretarial and regulatory matters. Previous experience of working within a corporate service provider is essential. 

 

Skills and Requirements: 

  • Over 3 years experience in a CSP environment at administrator level or above
  • ICSA certificate, CIFA qualification or other relevant professional qualification(s), or be willing to attain such qualifications 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrable knowledge of company governance and regulatory requirements 
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage your own deadlines and workloads 
  • A proven keen interest in the emerging digital aspects of Corporate Services 
  • The ability to demonstrate continued professional development.
