Job Description

About The Role.

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will assist and support the corporate team with the administration of a wide-ranging portfolio to maintain a consistent and high standard of service. You will also ensure all correspondence and other communications is attended to professionally and promptly to meet the client’s needs.

Your duties will include:

  • Collaborate with the administration team to maintain a balanced portfolio of Corporate Structures
  • Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues both in the immediate department and across the business
  • Manage a portfolio and ensure the administrative duties such as preparing for meetings, drafting client emails, and supporting the timely processing of payments
  • Support the clearing of review points
  • Liaising with clients, intermediaries, and banks to ensure a high standard of service and assist with all relevant compliance matters where necessary
  • Support junior team members through mentoring, coaching and training
  • Ensure yourself and the tam are aware and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures 
  • Create a compliance-based culture to meet the regulatory requirements of the location
  • Liaise with and build relationships with intermediaries as required

About you.

Skills and Requirements: 

  • Experience working in a similar role 
  • Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification such as CGI, with the flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines
  • The drive to deliver a high-quality service to clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Appropriate IT skills, experience with Microsoft packages
  • Good standard of education to either GCSE or A Level equivalent, with an emphasis on Maths and English
