Tom is our Group Head of Finance and joined the Group in 2023. In his role, Tom leads and supports the Suntera Finance team to deliver a best-in-class finance function to support the business in achieving its goals. He is specialised in utilising the capability of market-leading systems to build operating platforms that embed efficient controls and processes to provide first-class financial data and management information to all stakeholders. He also leads the financial integration of acquisitions onto the operating platform in a timely manner.
Tom is an FCCA and has over 20 years of working in the finance industry, gaining invaluable knowledge of in-house finance and the broader sector. Most recently, he spent seven years with an FTSE250-listed competitor, transforming and leading the Finance team to support the business as it grew from c.300 to c.2,500.
